Help - Looking to finish basement and there's exposed fiberglass insulation. Looking to paint open trusses.

The pink fiberglass insulation is exposed in the rim joists. I am looking to make the room look complete and it seems insulating the joists on the exterior wall can be done with rigid foam.

From here, do I need to cover the rigid foam with anything or can I just paint it along with the trusses?
