Hi all, owned my own home for about 6 months now and have just about got to the point that I have the disposable income to start decorating after recuperating my savings after being crippled with solicitors bills and the like.
Anyway, I've renovated by bathroom - gave the walls a lick of paint, put some shelves up and added a mirrored cabinet. The only problem now is that the carpet clashes with the walls. I hate carpet in a bathroom anyway so I'm planning to replace it with some lino.
I've Googled how to install it and it seems simple enough, but I was wondering if anyone had tried using their existing carpet as a template to cut the lino to, would this work?
TLDR: Can you use an existing single piece of carpet as a template for cutting lino?
