Quick question on doors inside the house

I have a couple doors that are pretty light, and when I keep them closed in the winter time (for heating purposes) they keep buffeting against the door frame and the door handle latch. This happens when someone walks or opens another door. Any ideas on silencing them? Hinges are fine and there's nothing I can do about the draft.

I was thinking about using a type of soft topped adhesive strip that I saw before but I can't track it down (I'm not well versed in this field). A full on door weather strip would be too thick as well. Any help would be very welcomed.
