My old desk did not have enough room and was made of a cheap MDF filler material with a pseudo - granite vinyl coat. I had enough of the cramped style for such a beautiful machine so I decided to build my desk.
Dimensions: W = 30" L = 80" T = 3/4" H = 39" (My previous desk had dimensions of W = 30" L = 36" T = 1" H = 32")
All in all the project cost me around 270 for the desk and ancillary supplies. The full list is below:

I got the 4K - 43inch M43-C1 TV for $540 (gotta love christmas money)
The MG279Q cost 450 (bought used - offset by cost of selling two old monitors)
If anyone has any questions about my process and the design of the desk, I'd be more than happy to show you how I approached each problem.
Things I learned:
- Stains are very messy.
- To eliminate any air bubbles, try mixing in 1 part mineral spirit into 3 parts of your vinyl coating. This will make it less viscous.
- Be conscious of your surroundings. Make sure you have the appropriate space and TOOLS to complete a project of this magnitude. I ended up spending around 40 bucks extra in tools since I didn't have a hacksaw, wood glue, or clamps. YOU CAN OFTEN RENT POWER TOOLS FROM PLACES LIKE HOME DEPOT IF YOU DON'T HAVE THEM
- If you rush things, you're end product might not turn out as great as you expect it. TAKE YOUR TIME. This project took me about a month.
- PTFE tape a.k.a plumber's tape helps alot when screwing the pipe fittings together.

If anyone is curious why I named it Moksha or what Moksha means: Moksha is an originally sanskrit word meaning rebirth, emancipation or liberation. I chose it due to my Indian roots and relevance to how I felt about my desk.
