Replace subfloor under sole plate/sliding glass door?

In the middle of a kitchen remodel and saw some of my subfloor was rotted at the corner of my sliding glass door. The rotted part of the subfloor extended under the corner of the sole plate and the sliding glass door. What would be the best way of replacing the subfloor? I'm hoping i don't have to remove the sliding glass door. And if I do have to remove it, I'm hoping I don't have to replace it..
