[Help] how can I build my own hackea? (Ikea hack desk?)

I have this here

I want to turn it into a desk with a high glossy finish. I know its possible to do because a lot of my favorite tech youtubers have hack ikea desks with these. Though I don't know how they built them?

I want it to have legs and not the annoying drawer setup (I do not like the drawer setup) example of the drawers I do not like them. So I want to use some type of legs instead.

My goal is for the desk to hold my playstation 4 and three monitors (for PC gaming) as well (I will have my PC on the floor though)

How can I build this? What tools will I need? How much is the setup going to cost me? My goal is to spend $120 on this desk cheaper if possible. I would prefer it to be 29 inches high, but 27 is ok too I guess.

I was browsing at these legs here but I was not sure on how I could mount them to the table.

Any help is greatly appreciated. I want to have this desk built by the end of the month :-)

edit : already purchased the table top, remaining budget $75 (I just need to pick up the legs) also keep in mind, I'll be picking these up in store and not online.
