Do you have a resolution to make and build more stuff in 2016? So do I. I want to learn new skills and level up. Building a vacuum forming machine would certainly allow me to experiment. Bill Doran of Punished Props released a video recently explaining how to make a small vacuum forming machine with materials you can find at the hardware store or at thrift shops. The machine is great for hollow props and accessories, like a mask or a visor, or when you need to make multiple copies. Though the machine in this tutorial is small, you can apply the same principles and scale it up.
