Not long ago we came across a really helpful Dr Oz episode that focussed on losing weight for your body shape. If you find it hard to lose weight, and let’s face it the older we get the harder it is, understanding your body shape is the key to your weight loss success. Dr Oz discusses 4 main shapes. The Apple, Pear, Hourglass and Box. Where you ‘wear’ your weight will help you work out what you need to do in order to kick start your metabolism. The episode was absolutely fascinating and made a lot of sense. We have included links to the episodes below.
