Liquor Cabinet Project: Is there such a thing as a drawer runner that can fold down from a height?

As the title indicates, I'm trying to maximize the functionality of a kitchen cabinet that I'm using as a liquor cabinet. I've already installed a few full-extension drawers, which allows me to grab everything very easily (i.e., I don't have to reach over and through a bunch of tall bottles to get to the back). But I'm curious about putting in some upper drawers that could fold down to a usable level.

Here you see a pic of my existing liquor cabinet. Each drawer is about 2 feet deep and fully extends. I would like to put new drawers in approximately at the heights of the two upper shelves that you see there. The problem is, they're too high for them to be all that much use. The first shelf is about 5' high and the other shelf is about 6' high. So, even if I put in shelves, especially with the higher one, I would still need to reach way back over bottles to get whatever was in the back.

The closest thing I've ever seen to what I'm looking for is a stand mixer lift that you sometimes see in kitchens like this one. It sort of does the opposite of what I'm looking for, as it lifts a platform up from a lower position, rather than lowering a platform down from a higher position. Also, I don't think it slides out (I think it just sort of swings out and up).

Does anyone have any suggestions here? Basically, I'm looking for a drawer runner that could fully extend and then would fold down to about 4' or so. Thanks for taking the time to consider!
