Fixit: Dewalt Compact Table Saw Troubleshooting

Hi, I'm wondering if anybody out here can help or guide me where the issue is:

I was using my tablesaw to split a 2x4. I turned it off. 1 minutes later, I turned it back on and my saw rotate (very briefly) and turned of. I unhook the cord from the plug and I notice a black burn mark on the outlet cover. I waited for 5 minutes, I plugged back into another outlet and the same thing happened (rotate briefly and then shut down completely.)

I thought it just needed a cooldown so I let it cool for 5hrs+ ... now it won't turn on completely. (yes, there is power from the outlet)

Where do I start?

1 - I think the saw might be exposed to too much dust? Need a clean up?

2- is there a reset switch that I can push?

Anybody have any idea where I can start?
