I am refurbishing this table and it had decorative hinges on the top that were rusted and broken. My girlfriend really liked the ones that were on it but I couldn't find anything similar online or in hardware stores so I decided to use the old ones only in a decorative capacity. The problem now being that I need hinges that would allow the lid to open to at least 90 degrees, preferably more, while being mounted on parallel surfaces on the interior of the table. I have looked extensively at hinges in hardware stores but thought I was going to have an aneurysm trying to figure out the spatial aspects of the hinges while in packaging. Thanks!
